Order Cancellation



 

From buyer:

 

  1. 1. Canceling an order will be bound under strict but convenient SLA's.

  2. 2. When a buyer confirms and pays for an order through PayPal, the transaction charges applicable will be deducted from vendor's share. 

  3. 3. Right after payment the buyer will be notified about an approximate time of delivery. Exact duration will be communicated after SHIPPING SERVICES picks it up from vendors place.

  4. 4. If buyer cancels between 0-24 hours: after deducting transactional charges the remaining  balance would be paid back to the  buyer.

  5. 5.If buyer cancels between 24-48 hours or "confirmation from vendor that package is ready" whichever is early: after deducting transactional charges + 5% of total selling price of product  the balance would be paid paid  to the buyer The cancellation charges will be 5% and charged to the buyer.

 

  1. 6. If buyer cancels between "confirmation from vendor that package is ready" and "SHIPPING SERVICES is yet to come and pick up the delivery" which usually takes upto 72 hours: after deducting transactional charges + (charges applied by SHIPPING SERVICES on cancellation) + 5% of total selling price of product, the balance will be refunded to buyer.The cancellation charges will be 5% and charged to the buyer.

  2. 7. If the buyer cancels between "SHIPPING SERVICES pick up" and "before reaching first transit point": after deducting transactional charges + (charges applied by SHIPPING SERVICES on cancellation ) + 10% of total selling price of product, the balance will be refunded to the buyer. Out of 10%, the vendor will be paid 3% as compensation. 

 

 

Condition Apply : The Cancellation button will be removed after the next 5 days and also after shipment the cancellation will not appear. 

From vendor:

 

A vendor will have to clearly indicate if he can handle international and National/Local assignments or just National/Local or just International. Accordingly his products will be shown on main website. It is also mandatory because refusing to accept or rejecting a confirmed order will incur fines as mentioned below.

 


International order:

  1. 1. If a vendor refuses to accept international order after indicating that he or she can due to reasons such low inventory etc. A fixed fine of $50 (to be deducted from wallet or next payment cycle). $10 out of this will be given to buyer as compensation charges.

  2. 2. If a vendor confirms to accept an international order but fails to fulfill between 0-48 hours a fixed fine of $100 + transactional charges will be charged to the vendor.

  3. 3. If a vendor confirms to accept an international order but rejects to fulfill it between "Estimated time of arrival of SHIPPING SERVICES": fixed fine of $100 + SHIPPING SERVICES cancellation charges + transactional charges . All these charges will be for the account of the vendor.

 


National/Local:

  1. 1. If a vendor refuses to accept a national/local order after indicating that they can accept national/local orders upon registeration due to reasons such as low inventory or any other reason. A fixed fine of $20 will be deducted from wallet or next payment.

  2. 2. If a vendor confirms to accept a national/local order but is unable to fulfill between 0-48 hours. A fixed fine of $50 + transactional charges will be charged to the vendors account.

  3. 3. If a vendor confirms to accept a national/local order but is unable to fulfill between 0 and 24 hours-"estimated time of arrival of SHIPPING SERVICES pick up of their package”. A fixed fine of $50 + SHIPPING SERVICES cancellation charges + transaction charges will be charged on the vendors account. The buyer will be paid back their money.

  5. 1. If the vendor confirms "package is ready" but rejects to fulfill after that or "ETA of SHIPPING SERVICES" whichever is early: fixed fine of $100 + SHIPPING SERVICES cancellation charges + transactional charges .In this case buyer will be paid their money.

    Modification of order:

    International/National/Local orders:

    By Buyer


    1. 1. If a buyer modifies his order by increasing the order quantity  between 0-24 hours: no charges apply. However the buyer need to transfer extra amount + transaction charges (buyer will have to bear the cost) + new delivery time will be communicated.

    2. 2. If a buyer modifies his order by increasing the order quantity within 24hours and order is ready. A fixed $20 as repackage charge + Buyer need to transfer extra amount + transaction charges (buyer will  bear the cost) + SHIPPING SERVICES reschedule charges if applicable + new delivery time will be communicated.

    3. 3. If a buyer modifies his order by increasing the order quantity – between the time the order is ready for pick up and "ETA of SHIPPING SERVICES". A fixed charge $20 as repackage charge + SHIPPING SERVICES reschedule charges + Buyer need to transfer extra amount + transaction charges  + new delivery time will be communicated.

    4. 4. If a buyer modifies his order by decreasing the order quantity - between 0-24 hours, a fixed charge of $50 as repackage charge  + Transaction charges+ new delivery time will be communicated.

    5. 5. If a buyer modifies his order by decreasing the order quantity within 24 hours of order being ready for delivery. A fixed charge of $50 as repackage charge (to be deducted from the amount already with ACG) + SHIPPING SERVICES reschedule charges + Transaction charges + new delivery time will be communicated.

    6. 6. If a buyer modifies his order by decreasing  the order quantity between the time when the order is ready for pick up and "ETA of SHIPPING SERVICES". A fixed fine  of  $100 as repackage charge will be deducted from the amount already with ACG + SHIPPING SERVICES reschedule charges + Transaction charges + new delivery time will be communicated.

    7. 7. If a buyer modifies his order by changing  destination (increase in distance) - between 0-24 hours: no charge apply. However the SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable + transaction charges + new time of delivery.

     

    1. 8. If a buyer modifies his order by changing the destination (increase in distance) within 24 hours of the  order being ready for pick up. A fixed charge of $20 as venue shift charges + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable + transaction charges + new time of delivery.

    2. 9. If a buyer modifies his order by changing the destination (increase in distance) - between the time the order is ready for pick up and "ETA of SHIPPING SERVICES". A fixed fine of $50 as venue shift charges + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable + transaction charges + new time of delivery.

    3. 10. If a buyer modifies his order by changing the destination (decrease in distance) - between 0-24 hours. A fixed charge $20 as venue shift charges + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable + transaction charges + new time of delivery.

    4. 11. If a buyer modifies his order by changing the destination (decrease in distance) within 24 hours of order being ready for pick up. A fixed $50 as venue shift charge + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable + transaction charges, rest + new time of delivery.

    5. 12. If a buyer modifies his order by changing the destination (decrease in distance) - between the orderbeing ready for pickup and "ETA of SHIPPING SERVICES": fixed $100 as venue shift charges + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable + transaction charges. The new time of delivery will be communicated.

     

     

    By Vendor:

     

    All vendors will be given a default SLA of 48 hours to make order ready. ACG is going to raise a SHIPPING SERVICES request approximately after 24-36 hours. By default SLA will be increased by 36 hours (1.5 days) 

     


    1. 1. If a vendor raises a request to increase SLA between 0-24 hours: fixed $20 service charges.

    2. 2. If a vendor raises a request to increase SLA between 24-36 hours: fixed $30 service charges.

    3. 3. If a vendor raises a request to increase SLA after 36 hours: fixed $50 service charges.

    4. 4. If the vendor is still not able to fulfill after increase in SLA then order will be canceled and vendor cancellation charges will apply.

     

    1. 5. If a vendor modifies the order by changing the pick up point (increase in distance)- between 0-24 hours: fixed $20 as rendezvous shift charge + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable. To be deducted from wallet or next payment cycle.

    2. 6. If a vendor modifies the order by changing the pick up point (increase in distance)- between 24-36 hours. A fixed $30 as rendezvous shift charge + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable. To be deducted from wallet or next payment .

    3. 7. If a vendor modifies the order by  changing the pick up point (increase in distance)- after 36 hours. A fixed $50 as rendezvous shift charge + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable. To be deducted from wallet/safe deposit or next payment cycle.

    1. 8. If a vendor modifies the order by changing the pick up point (decrease in distance) between 0-24 hours: fixed $20 as rendezvous shift charge + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable.

    2. 9. If a vendor modifies the order by changing the pick up point (decrease in distance) - between 24-36 hours: fixed $30 as rendezvous shift charge + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable.

    3. 10. If a vendor modifies the order by changing the pick up point (decrease in distance)- after 36 hours. A fixed $50 as rendezvous shift charge + SHIPPING SERVICES charges as applicable. 

     

    Return of Package/Order from buyer:


    A buyer may want to return the order because he does not require it anymore. Orders will only be accepted back if, they are not tampered with in any way.


    1. 1. If a buyer raises a request to return the order between 0-7 days (A NORMAL DAY FOR ACG WILL END BY 9 PM): 10% package cost as return charge + SHIPPING SERVICES charges for return + transaction charges. The buyer would bear all the cost involving return of products.

    A buyer may want to return the order for which ACG holds the right to accept or reject matters in this regard. ACG has the right to assume that the package was opened and used. Requests will ONLY be entertained if ACG is notified within 48 hours from the time of delivery.


    1. 2. In the event of a wrong item/order delivered. If orders selling cost > $1,000 and <= $10,000: In this case 100% of shipping charge + fixed $300 as wrong item/order delivery charge will be deducted from vendor via wallet or safe deposit or next payment cycle. Buyer will be fully refunded.

    2. 3. In the event of a wrong order/items delivered If orders selling cost <=$1,000: In this case 100% of shipping charge + fixed $100 as wrong item delivery charges will be deducted from vendor via wallet or safe deposit or next payment cycle. Buyer will be fully refunded.

     

    In the event of a  buyer wanting to return the order because it was perished  or unusable. ACG holds the right to accept or reject matters in this regard. ACG has the right to assume that the package was opened and used. Requests will ONLY be entertained if ACG is notified within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
